Michelle has been nursing since 1994 and has been at Clifton Villa since 2006, including the last three years as head nurse. She has an interest in exotics and dog and cat behaviour. Michelle has five dogs and one cat that keep her busy. In her spare time she enjoys walking, horse riding, travelling and spending time with her family.
Abigail Redfearn RVN
Head Veterinary Nurse - Truro
Abi has been at Clifton Villa since 2012 where she started as a SVN. Since then she has become a qualified RVN and is now head nurse of our Truro, Camborne and Tregony surgeries. She enjoys surgical nursing and loves the job satisfaction that it brings. She hopes to complete an advanced nursing course in the future to further her skills. Outside of work she enjoys walking her Dalmatian, Rocky and riding her horses.
Molly Beardsley RVN
Molly is a qualified RVN, having worked at Clifton Villa since 2014. She has a menagerie of animals at home but her favourites have to be her grumpy cat, Emily and her guinea pigs, Ellie and Russell. When Molly is not looking after animals, she enjoys spending time with friends.
Jenny Haley RVN
Jenny has been working with Clifton Villa since 2003, she qualified in 2011. Jenny has three children which takes up most of her time but in between she enjoys walking her dog Widget, who along with his brothers and sister were hand reared by herself and other members of staff. Jenny also does charity work for British Divers Marine Life Rescue where she is assistant coordinator and active medic rescuing marine animals around the Cornish coast.
Caroline Hart RVN
Caroline has been with Clifton Villa since the summer of 2016. She enjoys working in general practice, nursing small animals, and has a keen interest in inpatient care and nurse clinics. In her spare time she likes to walk my dog and spend time with her friends and family.
Jenna Pascoe RVN
Jenna started as a student nurse at Clifton villa and qualified in 2010. She has a keen interest in nursing of exotic species, specifically rabbits and guinea pigs. She is hoping to work towards a certificate in this area of nursing. Hobbies outside of work include running and long scenic walks with her three dogs.
Jennie Rabohns RVN
Jennie is a registered veterinary nurse who has been nursing since 1992 qualifying in 1995. She has her own menagerie at home consisting of 11 dogs, eight cats, three horses, two lovebirds and some sheep. She also owns and runs Meadowview Cattery in her spare time! Jennie has just recently qualified as a Bereavement Support Officer. Her hobbies include horse riding, dog walking, mountain biking and flower arranging.
Gemma Singleton RVN
Gemma qualified as veterinary nurse in 2012. She undertook a Hons degree in Veterinary Nursing Science at Hartpury College. Gemma has worked within the Clifton Villa Team since 2007, starting off as a Saturday girl. She has two bunnies and when not spending time with them she loves being with her family and friends and enjoying the outdoors.
Kate Tarrant RVN
Kate qualified as an RVN in 2016, having joined Clifton Villa in 2015. She owns a Westie, a Labrador and Guinea Pigs and enjoys dog agility and horse riding. In the practice Kate has a particular interest in weight and dental clinics.
Hollie Benallick SVN
Hollie worked as a Saturday girl at Clifton Villa for two years, before becoming a kennel nurse in July 2016. She is starting her Level 3 Veterinary Nursing course in September, attending Duchy College one day a week. Hollie has a black Labrador called Jake, who enjoys swimming at the local beaches on her lunch break. Hollie’s hobbies include riding her cheeky pony on the weekends, looking after her ducks and chickens, going for long dog walks and spending time with her friends and family.
Holly Caesar SVN
Holly is a student veterinary nurse at Clifton villa having started in April 2016. Holly holds a Level 3 diploma in Animal Management and has previous experience working in kennels, both rescue and boarding. Holly has a pet dog named Buddy and her hobbies are surf boat rowing, kayaking and exploring Cornwall with her pal Buddy.
Georgia Gilbert SVN
Georgia has been at Clifton Villa since 2014 and is currently a student vet nurse studying the Level 3 diploma in Veterinary Nursing at Duchy College. When she is not at work Georgia enjoys going to the gym to look after herself as well as enjoying the outdoors and exploring with her very naughty Cocker Spaniel Harry!
Allana Job SVN
Allana has been with Clifton Villa for since 2015 and loves working with the team. Allana attended Duchy College in 2012 and completed Animal Care Levels 2 & 3. In 2015 she qualified as an Animal Care Assistant and will be starting her veterinary nurse training in 2018. On Allana’s days off she likes to take her dog Dexter for walks around the country and to spend time with her horse Cleo taking her to local shows and riding her.
Shanon Jones SVN
Shanon is a student veterinary nurse, studying at Royal Veterinary College. She first came to Clifton Villa in 2014 for work experience, and has been with the practice for her nursing training placements ever since. Shanon is particularly interested in inpatient care, especially medicine cases. She has a little chocolate roan Cocker Spaniel called Lily and likes to go for long dog walks in her spare time.

Abi started at Clifton Villa in July 2016. She rotates around the Truro, Tregony and Camborne branches. At work Abi enjoys nursing all animals but has a keen interest in nursing the canine cases. She also enjoys working out of hours dealing with emergency procedures. Out of work Abi enjoys spending time with her two dogs and six horses as well as baking treats for the Clifton Villa team!
Lisa Thomson SVN
Lisa joined Clifton Villa in May 2015 and began training in September 2015 at Duchy College on the Level 3 Veterinary Nursing Diploma. At work she enjoys surgical nursing, emergency work and inpatient care. In her free time Lisa enjoys seeing friends, going to the beach and horse riding. At home she has two horses, two cats and a very naughty Beagle!
Morwenna joined Clifton Villa in January 2016 and is aiming to train as a veterinary nurse. She has recently been out to South Africa to get some experience with the large animals and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. In her spare time Morwenna ride her horses, walks her dog and loves to read.
