We are a small animal practice in Cornwall, first established in 1984. Your pets are our priority and our skilled team of veterinarians and vet nurses are dedicated to providing the highest quality care for your animals.
In preparation for much needed, major refurbishment work starting at our Newquay branch on 5th October 2020, we will moving essential equipment into portacabins on site between Wednesday 30th September and Sunday 4th October.
During this time, Newquay will be taking telephone calls only and will redirect clients to our one of our other branches for urgent and emergency cases.
This is a temporary measure and from Monday 5th October, Newquay will resume a limited service from the onsite portacabins.
Temporary changes to our services from 5th October 2020
Given the degree of work taking place, and the ongoing COVID-19 restrictions still in place, things will be a little challenging for the next few months but we are more than confident that it will be worth it in the end!
The refurbishment work is due to complete in April 2021.
For the safety of our clients, their pets and our veterinary team, during the refurbishment, services will be limited to consultations and routine vaccinations.
You will also be able to collect pre-ordered repeat medications, flea and worm treatment and food from the portacabin.
All other procedures and emergencies will be dealt with at one of the following Clifton Villa sites. We will, of course, do our best to ensure you are booked in to an alternative surgery that suits you best.
Clifton Villa, Coronation Terrace, Richmond Hill, Truro, TR1 3HJ
Clifton Villia, Cross Street, Camborne, TR14 8EU
Clifton Villa, Unit 3 Tregongon, Ruan Highlanes, TR2 5LD
There is NO change to our out of hours emergency service.
